Life of a law school dad

Yesterday I was home doing editing for the law review while Henry napped. I looked down and realized what a funny image this was.
This inspired a less spontaneous, more ridiculous set-up.

Henry's Hobbies

We had some nice time just hanging around today, and Emily got pictures of Henry doing two things he's been very into lately--checking himself out in the mirror on his playmat...

Here is Henry triumphantly modeling a sweater that Alex K. knit for him. That's right--she made this!

The first of many indignities

We're not opposed to putting Henry in ridiculous outfits for our own amusement.
He doesn't seem to mind, yet. This may change when he starts high school.

Henry hangs out with Elliot

On Thursday, our friend and neighbor Pam came by with her son Elliot for a "playdate." At two months old, this means mostly lying next to each other, though it does look here like Henry was talking to Elliot.
Elliot was very into Henry's playmat.
More so than Henry was.
Still, they seemed to both have a good time.
Even when Henry tried to eat Elliot's hand.
